A unique session of muscle stretching and massage. We provide a combination session that includes Kirby using his body against yours to gently stretch out your muscles a little further than you normally could on your own. Dale then completes the session with a combination deep tissue/swedish type massage.
Kirby is certified in Muscle Stretching.
Dale is not licensed in massage.
